Result4d Terms & Conditions — clear and fair terms of platform use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the result4d platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of terms and user eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the result4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
Eligibility to use result4d is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirement applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You are using the platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity unless expressly permitted in writing by result4d.
- You are not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits access to services of this kind.
- The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate and current.
Result4d reserves the right to decline or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the above criteria without prior notice.

Account creation, security and user responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with their balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
You must notify result4d immediately by email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. result4d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
As a result4d platform user, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the platform's security systems.
- Using bots, automated software or other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account with any other party.
- Engaging in any activity that compromises game integrity or the experience of other users.
Payment, deposit and transaction information in RM
All financial transactions on the result4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). result4d does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods such as FPX (internet banking) and TNG eWallet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the payment interface during the transaction process.
Withdrawals are processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same user's name. result4d reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.
Result4d reserves the right to decline or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the user will be notified via their registered email.
All deposits successfully credited to your gaming account are final and non-refundable, except under circumstances defined by result4d's withdrawal policy. Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Limitation of liability, account suspension and intellectual property
Result4d limitation of liability
Result4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors or data loss. result4d's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account suspension and closure
Result4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or instruction from a relevant authority. In the case of a valid account closure, any verifiable balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, after deducting any applicable costs.
Intellectual property
All content on the result4d platform — including logos, text, designs, images, software and interfaces — is the exclusive property of result4d or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content without express written permission from result4d.
Third-party links
The result4d platform may contain links or references to third-party services. result4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Terms updates, applicable laws, and contact information
Right to amend terms
Result4d reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the result4d platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties before any legal action is taken.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the rest of this document, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
